Transaction Coordinator


 

Overview

Responsible for program, administrative, and support for home sale relocation counselors. Works closely with relocation consultants, inventory manager and appraiser manager to understand client programs to facilitate smooth service deliver to transferee and client.

Responsibilities

  • Support home sale consultants
  • Search for and vet real estate brokers
  • Order and review BMA’s
  • Collect referral agreements
  • Order inspections
  • Follow up on listing agreements, inspections, title and closing documents, bi-weekly listing reports
  • Order title
  • Support appraiser manager
  • Source and vet appraisers
  • Order appraisals
  • Review appraisals
  • Support inventory manager
  • Market research
  • Collect bi-weekly marketing reports from listing brokers
  • Review listing status
  • Ordering updated BMA’s
  • Reviewing market conditions
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Negotiating offers/repairs
  • Reviewing inspections
  • Coordination of closing services
  • Review closing disclosures
  • Ensure timely closing
  • Coordinate all documentation for successful closing
  • May be asked to communicate vendor and service information to transferee.
  • Updates database system, fills in appropriate screens and fields to assure system information is current and accurate.
  • Work with accounting team in processing invoices and payments.
  • Helps to maintain vendor information in database and track vendor performance.
  • Provides coverage for inventory manager and appraiser manager
  • Participate in special projects
  • Remain flexible to assist as business needs change

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service background and experience
  • Strong real estate and settlement experience.
  • Strong computer, database, and Microsoft Office experience.
  • 2+ years of college or strong academic history or 3 years related experience.
